For those who want an annual physical inspection as well as remote service.
Checkout is through Offgridcentrum.nl. For Basis you pay for the first month (€10) or year (€99); for Extended, the first year (€422.29). Your plan then renews automatically for the selected period. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your current period remains available. You receive notice at least 7 days before a direct debit.

Your existing installation warranty remains in place. Without a service plan you report problems yourself; with a plan our team actively monitors your system.

Is DESS service also included in Extended?
Yes. Extended includes everything in Basis, including monitoring and automatic DESS price updates. It adds an annual inspection at your home, checking connections with torque tools and inspecting with a thermal camera.
Do I still need to keep checking my dashboard?
Our team actively monitors and reports issues. Monitoring and automatic tariff management require a working internet and VRM connection. You can always view your settings in Solum Cloud.
How much do the plans cost?
Basis costs €10 a month or €99 a year. Extended costs €422.29 a year, including an annual service visit. All prices include VAT. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; your current period remains available.
Who can use the service plans?
Solum Service is initially available only for installations purchased through a distributor or installer that is affiliated with Solum Energy or sources products from Solum Energy. Ask your installation company whether this applies to your installation. Offgridcentrum.nl is affiliated.
